Made of fabric, the CanDo Multi-Grip “Exerciser” exercise band has impressive stretching properties. The built-in hand loops allow you to firmly hold on to the resistance band or place your feet in. What’s more, the different loops also mean that the level of resistance can be varied: the smaller the distance, the higher the resistance. The exercise band is available in different resistance levels, ranging from extremely low to maximum strength – they are colour-coded. You will find a resistance band to suit any fitness level. Good to know: allergy sufferers can also benefit from the resistance band as it is latex-free and does not have any powder coating.
