Cougar weight bag: the weight sled for sprinters and footballers
The Cougar weight bag is made of high-quality special fabric with a PVC coating. When fully loaded, this sprint sled weighs 30 kg. The 3 weight bags can be filled with sand to provide a weight to suit your needs. The weight means that the athlete has to use more of their lower body strength to get moving.
