The Dittmann Health “TEN 250” tens machine lets you treat pain by just using electronic pulses. The self-adhesive electrodes allow the pulses to reach the nervous system and the muscles. The current flows from the positive electrode to the negative and stimulates the nerves and muscles – this affects the pain signals sent to the brain and helps to reduce pain.
