The Slack Nut – alter the difficulty level with ease
The Slack Nut is a great and highly effective training aid: elasticated belts are stretched over the board. Exercise standing up or lying down – the slacklines provide a stable supporting surface. Change the difficulty level using the slacklines. Pulling them more tightly makes exercising easier. Loosening them makes it more difficult because it causes them to sway more. The body tries to counteract the instability, using the entire muscle system in the process.
