The RollerBone balance kit + carpet: for leisure use, therapy and prevention.
The RollerBone balance kit + carpet includes 2 bricks that can be used by themselves or as a pair. The kit is ideal for use in balance exercises with or without a balance board. The high-quality EVA material allows the kit to be used both indoors and outdoors. The soft pad is easy to inflate – the more you inflate it, the harder your training becomes. Due to the instability it provides your body constantly has to work to maintain balance, making it particularly useful in therapy and prevention. The equipment can be used barefoot on its own in conjunction with the soft pad or you can place a board on it. The carpet prevents you from slipping on smooth floors when exercising.
