The Sport-Thieme coloured bumper plate: for quiet weight training
The Sport-Thieme bumper plate is a brightly coloured weight disc with a diameter of 45 cm and is suitable for all barbell bars with a diameter of 50 mm. Are you new to fitness training? Or even a pro? Choose between 5 weight levels to tailor your workout to suit your fitness level perfectly. Of course you can also combine the weights with one another. Should the weight discs fall off during your workout, they will not be damaged thanks to their rubber coating.
