The Sport-Thieme drum set consists of a pearl white exercise ball, a pair of drumsticks and a ball stand. You have all the equipment you need in order to start your workout. Aerobic exercises, dance steps, great music and gymnastic exercises whilst rhythmically drumming on the ball. Positive side effects include boosting the cardiovascular system, circulation, heart rate, improving concentration and developing all of the upper body muscles.
