Built to a high standard, the Sport-Thieme multi-rack is a particularly sturdy piece of equipment for effective full-body workouts. The multi-rack includes a core trainer, a pull-up bar and dip station, a take-off platform, and an incorporated barbell bar – ideally equipped for well-balanced training routines. The use of weight plates allows the load/difficulty to be adjusted to suit the athlete. The barbell bar’s 3D guide is another appealing feature: the guide’s movements can be adjusted upward and downward as well as forwards and backwards. The multi-rack also features a rest for safe storage of the barbell bar. Rubber pads on the equipment’s underside ensure that your floor won’t get scratched.
