The light weights are ideally suited to use in gymnastics, while the heavier weights are perfect for use in strength training. The bundle featuring the “Large” set with the dumbbell stand is perfect for anyone who wants to have a wide range of dumbbell weights for varied workouts as well as a suitable place to store them compactly. The dumbbell weights are colour coded. Each dumbbell is made of cast iron with a skin-friendly plastic cover. This prevents sweat absorption.
