Bluetooth and ANT+ compatibility mean that you can send your training and performance data to your smart device or Group Display in real time, allowing you to record and analyse your performance and compete with other athletes live. Rowing machines offer an attractive HIIT, endurance, strength and full-body workout that can rapidly accelerate your heart rate and burn a lot of calories. Thanks to the fan dampening, the workload can be increased or decreased for any given stroke rate.
