The Togu Posturedo: training to suit your level of ability
The Togu Posturedo consists of a sturdy wooden board and a dynamic air-filled pad. The pump included makes it easy to adjust the pad’s level of inflation and thus the difficulty level of the exercises. The level of difficulty can also be regulated using the four screw adjusters in the corners of the board (the longer the adjuster, the easier the exercise). Thanks to the Posturedo’s large plywood board, the user can stand on it in a variety of different ways.
