Togu Stonies: handy and pleasant
Togu Stonies are pleasant, handy weight balls made from Ruton with a flexible granulate filling. During use, concentrating the weight in the hand means that the wrist always remains stable and the hand muscles can be strengthened optimally. Due to the loose filling and the outer material, the Stonies fit nicely in the hand and are particularly easy to grip and hold. The grooves prevent any slipping in wet hands. The diameter varies depending on the weight – 7 cm (0.5 kg and 1.0 kg), 8 cm (1.5 kg) and 9.5 cm (2.0 kg and 2.5 kg).
