XCO Aluminium Premium Set Incl. 2 Training Programmes On DVD

The XCO ALU premium set – a running and walking trainer in one.
The two anodised aluminium tubes are 27 cm long and filled to two-thirds with special, loose granules. These can either be used rhythmically or temporarily put into a weight belt during XCO training. Not only do they increase the intensity of the workout but they integrate the shoulder area, the whole of the stomach and back into the workout.
